Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation provides artificial grass contractor services including installation, maintenance, and related landscaping work for residential and commercial properties in Imperial Beach, California and surrounding service areas. Services are performed by appointment following a written estimate and signed agreement between Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation and the client.
All estimates provided by Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation are free and non-binding until the client signs a written project agreement. Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and may be revised if conditions differ from what was assessed - for example, if hidden drainage issues or access problems are discovered during work.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work will be communicated to the client in writing before additional work proceeds. We will not charge for work outside the original scope without prior client approval.
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by the client with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs, as described in your project agreement.
Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify clients of any such changes as promptly as possible.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement provided before work begins. Typical terms include a deposit at project start and a final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods will be noted in your agreement.
Invoices not paid within the timeframe specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late fee as described in that agreement. Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation reserves the right to pause or halt work on projects with outstanding balances.
Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation provides a workmanship warranty on our installations as specified in your written project agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation resulting from our work. Turf product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation.
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area on scheduled service days, including removing vehicles, furniture, or other obstructions. Clients are also responsible for verifying any HOA or municipal approvals required for their project before work begins. Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation is not responsible for fines or delays resulting from a client failing to obtain required approvals.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Imperial Beach Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or from your use of our website - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
